Our Türkiye GNR 01 Closed Circuit Mobile Crushing Plant Project

As General Makina, we continue to manufacture specialized crushing and screening solutions for quarries supplying high-quality aggregate to infrastructure, road construction, concrete, and asphalt plants across Türkiye. Successfully installed, field-tested, and delivered in Türkiye, our GNR 01 Mobile Crushing Plant project has been commissioned to offer high capacity and precise material sizing on a single platform.

120 - 180 T/H Capacity and GPS 1210 Impact Rotor Crusher

Being one of the industry's most preferred mobile crushing units, our GNR 01 Mobile Crusher plant features a production capacity of 120 – 180 Tons per hour. Powered by its robust GPS 1210 impact rotor crusher and 2-chamber crushing housing, the system reduces run-of-mine material down to 0-50 mm in the first chamber and 0-25 mm in the second chamber, achieving high reduction ratios.

Versatile Aggregate Production with a 4-Deck Screen

Supported by a closed-circuit return conveyor system, the plant's integrated 1600x5000 mm 4-deck vibrating screen produces fully standard-compliant cubic material in sizes of 0-5, 5-12, 12-19, and 19-40 mm. Offering quick transport and practical hydraulic setup advantages, our GNR 01 project continues uninterrupted production at the job site in Türkiye.
