Our crushers operate as stationary units and are manufactured to withstand job site conditions for years.
You can purchase our manufactured crushers as individual units or as complete plants where single or multiple crushers work together.
The 140 Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant is an example of this.
With our crushers, you can crush hard stones such as Basalt and Granite, as well as other stones and mineral ores, to obtain your desired material.
Who Should Prefer This?
Ideal for our customers who have a fixed job site and demand high-capacity crushers to yield more product. It is suitable for businesses that will use the plant at the same job site for a long period.
Advantages:
Because they are stationary, they are not subject to any mobile highway regulations, allowing larger and higher-capacity machines to be included in the plant. High capacity can be obtained from these crushers, as they are not hindered by weight restrictions that apply to mobile-system and similar crushers. They can be manufactured for high tonnages without transport constraints. They can operate seamlessly at very high capacities in intense workloads.
It is also easier to add or replace machinery in the plant.
Disadvantages:
They work continuously at the same job site. If the job site changes, the dismantling phase may cause additional costs.
