As General Makina, adding another success to our strong export network in North Africa, we have commissioned our 150 t/h capacity General 01 Mobile Crushing Plant project, which we successfully installed in Algeria. Shipped specifically for challenging quarry and infrastructure projects in the region, this plant stands out with its high crushing performance on a single platform and rapid mobility advantages.

Two-Stage Crushing in a Single Machine

Being one of the most preferred crushing solutions in the industry, our General 01 Mobile Crusher plant features a crushing and screening capacity of 120 – 180 Tons per hour. Thanks to its special feeder with a by-pass grizzly that separates muddy material before entering the crusher, the system performs both primary and secondary crushing with a high reduction ratio using its integrated mobile impact crusher in a single machine.

Hydraulically Installed Mobile Chassis and Smart Control Panel

Easily transported by a single truck tractor thanks to its heavy-duty mobile chassis manufactured from A1-grade structural steel, our Algeria plant is installed and ready for production in just 15 minutes on-site via its hydraulic feet. Supported by a high-efficiency bolted vibrating screen, foldable mobile conveyor belts, and a dust/waterproof smart touch-screen control panel, this plant provides our client in Algeria with minimal operational costs and uninterrupted production capabilities.
